Mr. Hoshell earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He also graduated magna cum laude from University of St. Francis with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Mr. Hoshell has recovered millions for clients in his career thus far including $250,000.00 for a client injured in a motor vehicle collision and $200,000.00 for a client that sustained a femur fracture in connection with a fall at an assisted living facility.
Mr. Hoshell has handled numerous appellate matters, including writing the appellate brief that overturned the trial judge on a contested lawsuit in Cook County. Mr. Hoshell also spends his time working with Mr. Zayed on the firm’s most complex cases.
Mr. Hoshell is recognized as a National Trial Lawyers top 40 under 40 trial attorney practicing civil plaintiff work throughout the U.S. This honor is extended solely to a select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state. Mr. Hoshell is also recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, a prestigious award given to less than 2.5% of Illinois Lawyers.
Mr. Hoshell is admitted to practice in Illinois, U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois and U.S. District Court Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Hoshell is an active member of various professional organizations including: Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, National Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Will County Bar Association.
