Christine “Chris” Kim is an experienced Trial Attorney who approaches every serious case with one principle in mind: thorough preparation creates leverage, and defendants should know from the outset that she is prepared to go to trial.
She focuses on developing the theory of the case early, building a strong evidentiary record, understanding the underlying medicine and science, preparing witnesses thoroughly, and identifying weaknesses in the defense position. Whether facing an insurance company, corporation, medical provider, or other defendant, she remains focused on creating meaningful settlement pressure while preparing every case for trial.
Ms. Kim is a member of the Northern District of Illinois Trial Bar and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star through 2025. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2017, graduating cum laude with certifications in Trial Advocacy and Health Law.
